A few q’s

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in the Chew Valley, approx 10 miles south of Bristol and 12 miles west of Bath.

As someone who strives to be both environmentally and budget conscious, I generally travel up to one hour away…fewer miles, maximum flowers!

How much do wedding & event flowers cost?

The short answer is, it varies enormously depending on how many flowers you have and what type.

After an initial chat on the phone I will give you a ball park figure to help with planning.

After further discussion and when you have a clear plan of what you would like, I will provide a detailed quote based on current market prices of flowers and foliage, labour costs and travel time.

To give an idea as a starting point..my bridal bouquets start from £120, Bridesmaids from £80, buttonholes from £12, low table centre pieces from £80, hanging flower clouds from £250, floral doorway arch from £750

How do I book Eastwick Farm Floral to provide the flowers for our wedding or event?

Give me a call and lets chat.. tel/WhatsApp 07718 535413 or make Contact here

If we seem like a good fit and you decide to book me to supply your flowers, a 50% deposit is required. This secures the date. The balance payment is due 6 weeks before the date of the event

What happens on the day?

Your flowers will be delivered and installed as required, before your guests arrive

Some items will be prepared off site (bouquets, buttonholes etc.), some will be installed in full on site (archways, moon-gates etc.) and some will be a combination!

We will return the following day to clear down the floral elements of your wedding, collect any vases, urns, stands etc. and take away any unwanted flowers and foliage. You are welcome to take away any of the dismantled cut flowers with you. Any green waste is taken back to our studio, added to our compost bins and goes towards helping next years flowers grow!

Can we re-purpose some of our flowers?

Re-purposing can be a good way of extending your precious flower budget. It works well if the arrangements are portable and if their dimensions will work in their intended new position

Bouquets can be placed in vases and used to decorate window ledges, side tables, entrance halls etc.

Aisle flowers can be moved and used to decorate signage or in front of the top table

Large arches cannot generally be moved safely and effectively - sometimes a broken/deconstructed arch can be moved depending on size and where it is moving to/from. Lets discuss the options!
