The cost of floral design varies significantly depending on the scale of your event, seasonal availability, and the types of blooms you choose.
Following an initial phone consultation, I’ll provide a ballpark estimate to support your planning. Once we’ve explored your vision in more detail—potentially including a site visit—I’ll prepare a comprehensive quote. This is thoughtfully calculated based on industry standards, current flower market rates, labour, and travel time.

We’ll arrange a relaxed call to explore your ideas, inspirations and the possibilities for your day that align beautifully with your vision and budget.
If we feel like a natural fit and you’d like to move forward, a retainer payment will be required to secure your date. The amount is based on your projected spend and officially reserves your booking with Eastwick Farm Floral.
From there, I’ll craft a detailed proposal and mood board, based on my interpretation of your vision. We’ll refine the plan together to make sure it is just right.
Once you're happy with the plan, you can relax and turn your attention to other parts of your celebration. I’ll calculate your final balance six weeks before the event and send it over, with full payment due four weeks ahead of the big day.
🌿 On the day (…and the day after)
Your flowers will be delivered and thoughtfully installed in good time for your event. I’ll liaise directly with your venue to confirm access and timings, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The following day, I’ll return to dismantle any installations, collect hired items (such as vases, urns, and stands), and clear away any floral materials no longer needed.
You’re very welcome to keep any cut flowers from the arrangements. All remaining green waste is composted at our studio, feeding the soil and helping next season’s blooms flourish.
♻️ Re-Purposing Your Flowers
Re-purposing floral arrangements is a wonderful way to extend your budget and maximise impact.
Bouquets can be placed in vases to decorate entrance halls, side tables, or window ledges.
Aisle flowers can be repositioned to frame signage or the top table.
Large installations like arches may be more complex to move, but partial relocation is sometimes possible depending on size and logistics.
